Does the new "outcome" driven approach legislated by the Federal Government further enhance security and / or simplify the regulatory process? Does it offer enhanced prevention of possible security breaches (the ‘fence’) or just more transparent accountability (‘the ambulance’)?

With more major changes to come over the next two years... with the full impact of the new Maritime Security regime and the updated Aviation Security Legislation, you cannot afford to miss this update to find out what you have to do next!!.

Software capabilities, wide availability of low cost networking, China joining the WTO and opening its markets and the ability to move key operational, management and financial teams to almost anywhere is leading to a revolution in processing, data management, productivity and off-shoring. The next generation of freight forwarders will be both more centralised and less local to their markets but will be able to increase client focus and integration. Management will be able to acquire talented sales and customer service staff close to the client AND, send off-shore, the operational and document processing resources to another state or even another country at a significant reduction in cost and labour management effort.
