Dear {Firstname},
Please refer to the following Notice received from Qantas this morning:-
"Please be advised weare experiencing some delays at the terminal this morning due to equipment breakdown.
Only one ETV (Elevating Transfer Vehicle) is operating, servicing both the Import and Export ULD movements within the terminal. Due to the heavy export demands the import breakdown ULD movements onto work stations will be slowed as the export ULD dispatch takes priority.
We have our maintenance people working on the machine and expect it to be back in operation later today.
I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you and/or your customers, but please be assured our staff will be doing all possible to reduce the impact on your business.
As the import delivery areas are not directly effected by this breakdown I would encourage you to continue to pick up import freight as normal.
Kind regards,
Bob Lugton

Please advise all concerned.
