Section 71E Movement Permission Application for Break Bulk Cargo

Customs is pursuing a change to the ICS, which would allow electronic lodgement of S71E movement applications for break bulk cargo. This document outlines the current workaround, that enables movement under Customs control for the purposes of examination of break bulk cargo at non Customs-controlled premises.
