This advice details some tips for those who use Customs Interactive. Topics mentioned are how to copy and paste, pop-up blocking and issues with "authority to access".
Please note: AFIF has queried the explanatory notes in regard to removing 'Copy & Paste' Mouse click functions and reverting to keyboard based controls as a 'security upgrade'. This was done without industry consultation or prior advice and we will continue to pursue the rationale behind this change !
