ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 2007

The AFIF AGM, 2007 is due to be held between 5.00pm and 6.00pm on Thursday, November 29th, at the Mercure Hotel, Sydney Airport and relevant Notices and forms are attached including:-

• Agenda for the Annual General Meeting
• Attendance Response
• Nomination of Directors Form
• Form of Appointment of Proxy
• Annual Financial Reports

To deliver the full benefit of AFIF, your Industry body, we need the participation of all members, both at the forthcoming AGM and by direct participation in the Association's activities.

If you are interested in pursuing a direct involvement in your representative body, please consider the areas that interest your organisation and whether you can assist one of the various portfolios that exist to carry on the vital work required to benefit our industry as a whole. Your efforts will not only benefit the Industry but your own company may realise indirect benefits from your involvement.

The appropriate forms are included in these papers. Please note that nominations for positions on the Board must be received at the AFIF Secretariat office no later than close of business on Wednesday, November 14th.
