Our Phone Number has Changed

Today Qantas Freight's Australian Customer Service and Reservations phone number has changed from 1300 FREIGHT to 13 12 13.
 
Our Qantas Freight Customer Service team can now assist you with both international and domestic air freight bookings and can be reached between 0700 - 1800 (international bookings) and 0800-1800 (domestic bookings) in your local region

This is another step forward in our efforts to integrate the operations of Australian air Express. 13 12 13 was formerly the Australian air Express customer contact number, and because it is so easy to recall we have elected to continue using it across our entire Qantas Freight operations.  

For those who are familiar with calling Australian air Express on the 13 12 13 number, you will notice that a new option menu has been added help you choose between domestic and international air freight options.
 
Please update your records and start calling Qantas Freight on 13 12 13. We will phase out the Qantas Freight 1300 FREIGHT phone number over the next two months.
