Intrepid travellers and keen flyers,

 

We are currently conducting our Global Passenger Survey to obtain insights on the needs, preferences and concerns of air travellers,  and we need your help to spread the word!

 

The objectives of this survey are to: 

•                     Produce a strong global independent passenger survey to position IATA as the voice of the customer;

•                     Bring the customer perspective into the debate at the World Passenger Symposium;

•                     Provide a set of customer views which can be used as input into our projects.

 

……and we are offering it in  9 languages: Arabic, Chinese, English, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish.

 

How can you help?

 

We need you to share this survey - www.iata.org/paxsurvey - with your family, friends and professional contacts. You can do this by simply forwarding the link by e-mail or through your social media channels, Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, etc. To encourage completion of the survey, we’re offering Amazon vouchers to lucky respondents (IATA staff are not eligible for the prize draw). Prize-winners will be notified by email.

 

We have received over 3,200 responses to date. However, in order to achieve a balanced view from all areas, we need additional  responses from the following regions:

•                     Africa (all countries)

•                     Asia Pacific (Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, New Zealand)

•                     Latin America (all countries)

•                     Middle East (all countries)

•                     North America (USA)

 

The closing date of the survey is Tuesday, 9 July - so your support between now and then is greatly appreciated.
