With contractors and their employees now your "workers" under the WHS Act, it is important that your contractor management system allows you to comply with your statutory obligations in this area, we will look at some practical steps you can take towards developing and implementing an effective contractor management system..

We will also look at current case law, including the High Court's decision in "Baiada Poultry", in relation to what extent you can rely on the expertise of contractors who are performing work at your workplace

This workshop is an excellent opportunity to update and refresh your skills and knowledge in this area.
