Specifically appropriate for staff new to the industry, or staff who are involved in the export of goods by air. This course is a requirement of IATA for forwarding companies to attain and maintain accreditation under resolution 809 (two staff per Company per location). Participants who achieve an 80% pass mark will receive a Certificate of Competency.
