AFIF Model Standard Trading Conditions

AFIF Model Standard Trading Conditions has once again been updated to reflect relevant changes to laws affecting the conditions, particularly in relation to the new PPSA Laws and new terminology in regard to competition and consumer law.

 

We recommend that all members who are using the AFIF Model Standard Trading Conditions, as prepared by our legal advisors, should review their own conditions in comparison with the new model and make changes as appropriate.
