AFIF has been contacted and informed about Enterprise Connect, an Australian Government initiative, which now offers services to the Transport (Freight) and Logistics industries.

 

Enterprise Connect offers comprehensive, confidential advice and support to eligible Australian small and medium businesses to help them transform and reach their full potential. With a national network of centres and about 100 experienced Business Advisers and Facilitators, Enterprise Connect provides business improvement services to firms in industries as diverse as the manufacturing, clean technology, resources, defence, tourism, creative, information and communication technology and professional services sectors, and now transport (freight) and logistics. Our services include Business Reviews delivered at no charge to businesses, grant assistance to implement recommendations flowing from the Business Review, and a range of tailored innovation services to meet individual business needs.

 

In relation to transport (freight) and logistics, Enterprise Connect now assists small and medium businesses whose predominant business activity is:

To be eligible, a transport (freight) and logistics business applying for an individual Business Review must be solvent, have revenue or expenditure of between $1.5 million and $100 million in the current financial year or one of the two preceding financial years, possess an Australian Company Number and have a trading history of at least three years.
