Applications for Approval as an Intermediate Consignee

Under the Australia-US Defence Trade Cooperation Treaty

 

Dear All,

 

The Australia-US Defence Trade Cooperation Treaty is intended to improve the efficiency of eligible two-way transfers between Australia and the US by facilitating the export of controlled goods without the need for an export licence. The Department of Defence has asked AFIF to distribute the attached information to companies involved in the movement of controlled goods or companies considering or anticipating involvement.
