Further to our advice released on 18 May please find attached a revised Toll Dnata Terminal Service Fee document which we have updated following an internal review.

This review identified further clarity was required with respect to the application of storage charges to articulate the current practice and the notes associated with the export build up fee. This updated schedule does not change the charges distributed in the previous advice.

The key changes from the 2011 version to the 2012 release are as follows:

1. The application of chargeable weight for fees applicable to loose rated product in line with airfreight industry standard.
2. The introduction of an export build up fee also in line with other industry practice..

Toll Dnata is making some significant investments in cargo handling across our Australian network. A recently opened terminal in Melbourne the most recent example of that investment, and more improvements will be realised within the remainder of 2012 to improve customer service, strengthen security and safety procedures and also enhancements to our IT capability.
