IATA has issued the latest addendum to the 53rd edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Manual.

 

This addendum reflects the changes to the provisions for battery-powered mobility aids that were issued by ICAO in addendum no. 4 to the current edition of the Technical Instructions.

 

The addendum to the DGR also contains additions and changes to State variations that will be in addendum no. 5 to the Technical Instructions that ICAO will issue shortly as well as a number of additions, deletions and changes to operator variations.

 

Please advise all concerned about these relevant changes, effective immediately.
