In this paid workshop Michael Connolly, Partner and Justin Le Blond, Senior Associate, will be providing you with to-the-minute updates and practical guidance in relation to this critical area of work health & safety law.

 

Topic areas will include a review of the legislative requirements for PCBU's under the new Work Health & Safety Act to develop safe systems of work and practical guidance on the steps to be taken should your organisation be involved in a workplace incident (including dealing with WorkCover inspectors immediately after the incident and during the investigation).
