Please do not use Telstra Big Pond, Gmail, Hotmail or similar for Customs messages. There are technical issues with these type of email hosts that mean we cannot use them for Customs messages.

Please check with our support team before making ANY changes to you email configuration or ANY significant changes to you computer infrastructure. The freight/customs industry has some very special requirements and the average computer technician may not be aware of these requirements. Some very simple changes to you computer infrastructure may put you "off the air" and that is no good for you or for us.
