CassLink enhancements
 
Short questionnaire

IATA have asked AFIF members to assist them in collecting information and recommendations relating to potential CassLink enhancements by answering the four questions below.

1. Which CASSLink functions do you think should be improved?
- Correction system
- software issues
- interface etc.

2. Would you be interested to have additional statistics in CASSLink at a cost?
- statistics about the airlines sales
- statistics on production by carrier/ destination/ period
- statistics about volumes/airline
- general stats on Cargo

3. Which new functions would you like to have in CASSLink?
- direct communication in CASSLink, no emails
- detailed billing breakdown of charges
- E-learning training about CASSLink
- Mass upload option to enter corrections
- Option to view Remittance and Settlement calendars
