EDI messaging delays - 12th November

Dear All,

Australian Customs have issued another update in regard to today's EDI messaging delays :

ICS status: Functionality problems

As previously advised, EDI messages are experiencing delays. Messages are being received and processed by the ICS, however, delays of up to 2 hours for responses may still be experienced.

To avoid further delays and congestion, users are encouraged to monitor their status in the Customs Interactive and not resend messages.

Customs and Border Protection are working to resolve the issue, however, it is not expected to return to normal processing times until later today.
