DAFF accepts e-AWB for Imports

Dear All,

 

DAFF has updated its minimum document policy to include the provision to accept Air Waybills in electronic format (e-AWB). Please refer to the link below and on page 10 the following note has been added: 'Air Waybills are also acceptable in electronic format (e-AWB)'.

 

 

This will help to facilitate the process since Qantas have started issuing the e-AWB for shipments ex HKG and SIN into Australia from last Monday.
