Customs have advised that users may still be experiencing EDI messaging delays. Messages are being processed in the ICS but users may experience up to 4 hour delays for EDI responses. Status can be checked using the Customs Interactive.

 

The CI and SC is currently experiencing significantly high call volumes and waits up to 20 minutes. If your enquiry is not urgent can you please email cargosupport@customs.gov.au

 

Customs and Border Protection are currently investigating and apologise for any delays.
