The AFIF 2012 Conference has a session to address the issues surrounding the workforce in these changing times. What is the future workforce going to look like, and how do you retain your top staff and keep them interested - other than just increasing their salary?

 

The session will include the perspective of an employee, industry experts and a wider outlook from Karen Schmidt, from 'Lets Grow', a leading consultant across many industries who will all address such issues.

 

 

In addition to the stimulating speaker program, a great line up is in store for the evenings.

 

A highlight of the social program will be the band: 'Freight Balls of Fire'.

 

Freight Balls of Fire is a custom-built, action-packed "All Star" Band. Featuring some of Brisbane's finest musicians, this energetic group is sure to be the life of any party. Between the group, these guys have spent years touring all over Australia and the world, performing with many notable artists, such as James Morrison, Natalie Cole, Jerry Lee Lewis and Tom Burlinson.

 

Great Balls of Fire packs a mean suitcase of hit songs featuring everything from classic rock'n'roll, jumping swing tunes, groovy disco beats, right through to the best hits of today. Whatever your style happens to be, this band will have you up on the dance floor until that dreaded "Last Call".
