  1. The practical implementation of the carbon price to the imports of bulk gases or gases in equipment.
  2. The legal aspects of applying the carbon price to synthetic greenhouse gases - what are the changes industry will see.
  3. ACCC aspects of misleading conduct - ensuring that any changes to costs that are attributed to the carbon cost are justified, and
  4. Export rebate arrangements.
