Australian air Express iCargo Upgrade

Dear valued Customer,

Australian air Express (AaE) is upgrading our current cargo handling system to a new-generation system you may know as iCargo. The change will take place on Wednesday 13 June 2012 and allows AaE to provide a smarter service for all customers and ensure interactions with AaE are quick and efficient.

MODERN SYSTEM - FUTURE READY

  • The system evolves as we evolve and iCargo unlocks the opportunity to implement future technological enhancements, including mobile applications and enhanced reporting tools.
  • iCargo is currently in use by Qantas Freight (QF) and AaE has pre-empted customer service issues based on consultations with Qantas iCargo teams. This mitigates the risk of service interruptions during our iCargo transition, resulting in reduced delays to your business.

DIRECT WEB ACCESS

The following online applications are now directly accessible from the AaE website homepage:

  • Webtrack (homepage icon) with improved tracking capability underpinned by iCargo, complying with IATA Cargo 2000 messaging standards.
    .
  • Interline bookings - now from 'online applications' menu.

Both applications will have quick-link homepage icons from July 1 2012 making access even easier.

INVOICING AND STATEMENTS

AaE will be introducing a standard invoice across our business.

  • New clearly designed invoices will be presented in a simple clear format so information is easily accessible.
  • You will begin receiving single statements detailing all related invoices, credits, adjustments and payments.

QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS

We hope our iCargo upgrade will help make your freight management a little easier. If you have questions relating specifically to your contract or service requirements please do not hesitate to contact your local AaE airport manager.

Your continued business is very much valued by everyone here at AaE, and we look forward to providing our services to your organisation well into the future.

Sincerely,

Robert Brown
