AFIF has been in discussions with Toll Dnata in order to clarify when storage charges commence on units. This is following their new rate structure released on 1st May, which indicated unit storage charges commenced 12 hours after arrival.

We are pleased to advise that Toll Dnata have confirmed that storage charges on units will commence 12 hours after the units have been checked in.
