Carriers' "Cargo Incident Notification System" goes live
The Cargo Incident Notification System, known as "CINS", is a venture of CMA-CGM, Evergreen, Hapag Lloyd, Maersk, and MSC. The TT Club and International Group also participated. Ukraine Accedes to the International Convention Relating to the Arrest of Sea-Going Ships (1952)
On 7 September 2011 the Verkhovna Rada (the Parliament) of Ukraine passed the Law ‘On Ukraine’s accession to the International Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to the Arrest of Sea-Going Ships (Brussels, 1952).
