In consideration of the various problems following implementation of new IT systems, DP world have offered concessions in respect to certain charges as follows:

VBS slot fees, Wrong Zones, No Shows and Manual processes during the period 8th - 20th Nov will be waived.

In addition and in response to specific appeals from AFIF, CBFCA & ATA, they will also favourably consider waiver of import storage charges on containers that have been impacted by their inability to deliver the containers on time. Please direct all these request to DP World Operations Manager, Danny Bannatyne.
