Whilst being mindful of the recent implementation of new IT systems at DP World Port Botany, problems have arisen creating delays within the operation and the peak season is compounding the problems.

Members are facing complaints from their customers faced with increased detention charges as a result of delays and we have taken up this issue with DP World for them to consider our request for leniency and whether any policies have been developed accordingly
