Supreme Court Reviews Without Prejudice Rule
Settlement negotiations are generally conducted without prejudice if the negotiations fail, the parties will not be held to the positions, statements, and concessions they may have made during the process. Foreign Plaintiff Must Pay Security for Court Costs
