We have been advised by a member that they have been billed EDF charges for aircargo FWB messages allegedly not sent to Toll Dnata Air Cargo Terminal.

The company in question has evidence of message transmittal and receipt.

We are enquiring as to whether other members have experienced the same situation recently and whether therefore this is a more general problem.

Please advise if you have been affected, as we are in discussion with Toll Dnata about the issue.
