Demystifying The Fair Work Bill |

Now
that the Fair Work Bill looks set to become law, we are pleased to invite our
clients to a complimentary breakfast seminar at which we
will provide an outline of the new workplace relations system. In particular, the
seminar will focus on: 1. the
new unfair dismissal regime; 2. modern
awards and the National Employment Standards; 3.
Unions, disputes and workplace agreements; and 4.
Fair Work Australia. This
is a important seminar for employers of all sizes as these new laws will
impact on all businesses particularly in a contracting economic
climate. Attendees will be given information to place their
employers in a good position to handle workplace issues arising
