AQIS System Outage

We have received the following advice from AQIS in regard to contingency arrangements of urgent cargo clearance during their current system outage.

AQIS is experiencing a system outage where consignment status' will not update in ICS.

AQIS has invoked contingency arrangements. Regional offices will consider the following consignments for urgent clearance for processing under contingency arrangements:

Air Freight - perishable cargo only,
Live animals,
Fish and
Plants
