Maritime Dangerous Goods Accreditation Mandated
By AMSA - Shore-Based Personnel Training
A Requirement By 1 January 2010

 

The Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) has stipulated that there will be mandatory training requirements under Chapter 1.3 of the International Maritime Dangerous Goods (IMDG) Code with the requirement that all shore based personnel involved in the transport of dangerous goods for sea be provided with appropriate mandatory training prior to 1 January 2010.
