| New AQIS Fees to apply in the ICS from 13 October 2008 |

On 12 August 2008 AQIS increased the fees relating to the clearance of FCL, FCX ($15 to $16) and LCL ($3.75 to $4) containers on ICS import declarations. Due to an issue with the ICS applying the increase on post-delivery amended declarations the increase in the fees was been reverted effective from 15 August 2008. A solution to the ICS issue will be implemented in the next ICS release, scheduled for 8 October 2008. The new fees will come into effect from Monday 13 October 2008.
