We have now received the latest Australian Customs Cargo Advice Notice: 2007 /15 Feedback from Industry to Customs has indicated that there is a lack of detailed understanding of client's roles and responsibilities in the event of an outage. To address this issue BCP workshops are being scheduled on the 18th September in Sydney. Outage Notifications
Customs are looking to have a revised notification service in place in the New Year. Until then, if someone wants to be added to the outage notification list, they should email: User Support icsbus@customs.gov.au and ask to have their email address added.
