Unsolicited (SPAM) Email Filtering

We have now received the latest Australian Customs Cargo Advice Notice: 2007 / 13

Customs have issued an advice in regard to including their ICS email address on your email filter 'white-list'(safe list) to ensure messages can pass through some spam filters.

Outage Notifications

Customs are looking to have a revised notification service in place in the New Year. Until then, if someone wants to be added to the outage notification list, they should email: User Support icsbus@customs.gov.au and ask to have their email address added.
