AFIF and the CBFCA recently meet with the CTO of Sydney airport to discuss proposals to increase the security of freight collections. As part of these discussions the subject of mis delivered freight was raised and the CTO have agreed to have this measured by AFIF and the result sent back to them for analysis.

According can you advise AFIF by email if you receive mis-delivered cargo. We need the following pieces of information

• airline
• MAWB
• unit/loose
• terminal
• weight/ pieces

WE will then enter this onto a spreadsheet and give back to each CTO.

This is industry opportunity to assist in putting right what is a major issue with freight delivery and we encourage you to support this request. It has the full backing of all the CTO's.
