Deficient Consignee Holds on Cargo Reports

We have now received the latest Australian Customs Cargo Advice Notice: 2007 /04

Please refer to the latest ACCA notice which provides information on changes to the process where there is 'deficient Consignee' information contained in Import Cargo reports. We trust that you will find this to be a welcome enhancement to the ICS system.

Outage Notifications

Customs are looking to have a revised notification service in place in the New Year. Until then, if someone wants to be added to the outage notification list, they should email: User Support icsbus@customs.gov.au and ask to have their email address added.
